In addition, we offer the services of Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Social Workers. No matter what your needs may be, AllStaff will provide the highest quality of service. We work closely with physicians, family members, and patients to create the best plan for every individual.
Our approach is to consider one client at a time, carefully match them with their caregivers, and ensure clear communication throughout the entire care process. Our priority for every client is to prevent readmission or emergency visits to the hospital. We emphasize the importance of safety in the home and implement our fall prevention program during training of all employees. Owner Martin Snow is a former trauma and critical care RN with 29 years of experience caring for patients in multiple healthcare settings. AllStaff HomeCare LLC, is built on a foundation of excellent clinical experience and we continue to hold high standards by hiring and training the best.
All potential caregivers go through an extensive hiring process including competency testing, a 3-fold criminal background check, driving record check, I-9 and E-verify, and credentialing for valid licensing and certifications. Eligible candidates are then brought in for an interview and skills check in our fully-equipped, in-house training facility to confirm their ability to provide excellent care. Once hired, we surround our employees with support and training opportunities in order to ensure they are completely prepared for each assignment.
Continuing education is a priority at AllStaff. Not only do we provide continuing education and training opportunities for staff, but we also offer free trainings to the public in our extensive training facility. Whether your loved one is recovering from surgery, rehab, an injury, or requires age-related care, you can participate in free trainings through AllStaff. We believe everyone should have access to the information to allow them to provide quality care (If interested in free trainings, please inquire through our Contact page. We use the third party company, Home Care Pulse, to continually collect feedback from both clients and staff. We carefully analyze this information in order to problem-solve and give recognition where it is due. This allows us to constantly make improvements as well as recognize our outstanding employees in a timely and efficient manner.
